Rub well into chest to clear lungs and create productive cough.
Sinus headaches:
Rub Well into affected area.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Joint Pain:
Rub well into affected area such as, lower back and knees and then cover with a saran wrap.
Use 3-4 times daily.
