Dosage:

2 ml, 1 to 2 times per day.

Instructions:

Shake before using. Take in a mouthful of water, 15 to 30 minutes before meals. For long-term treatment, use 6 days out of 7.

Organic Gotu Kola; Organic Alcohol 30%

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if you have liver problems or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of liver problems occurs such as yellowing of the skin and eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual fatigue, weakness and/or abdominal pain. Do not use if you are allergic to herbs of the Apiaceae/carrot family. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking medication for diabetes or cholesterol. Avoid use with alcoholic beverages or any medication or natural products with sedative effects.
