Description

Each pump delivers 800 mcg of methyl folate, 100 mcg of vitamin B12, 1000 IU of vitamin D3, and 145 mcg of iodine, along with MSM, shea butter, coconut oil, aloe vera, and lecithin in a rich cream lotion formulated for maximum absorption.

Directions

Massage into skin, rotating between inner arms, chest, wrists and ankles or apply to inner forearm and rub arms together until absorbed. Use one pump daily or as directed by your practitioner.
