Recommended use: Traditional Herbal Medicine for use as a uterine tonic to aid with the pain of menstruation and for use during pregnancy preparation for childbirth.
Recommended dose: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 3-4 times daily.
Directions for use: Adults: Pour 240 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for long term use.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, inform your pre- or post natal healthcare practitioner prior to use.
